DESIGN PROCESS

EMI uses a similar process for both marketing and software design. The Account Manager takes the lead, working with the client to document requirements, lay out the vision and develop a timeline. Using modified SCRUM methodology, the Account Manager usually serves as project manager, dedicating developer hours, overseeing testing, and facilitating deployment of the new material.
